Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing Time

Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (Hong Kong time) on working days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day.

Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.

2. Shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan

Shipments to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are sent via SF Express or local partner couriers. Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.

3. International Shipping

We primarily serve overseas markets and support worldwide delivery.

The default cross-border logistics channels are YunExpress or Yanwen, covering major regions including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Delivery time for major European and US countries: 7 to 15 working days.

Southeast Asia and other Asian regions: 7 to 12 working days.

Middle East, Africa, and South America: 10 to 20 working days.

If you require express shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other fast couriers, please indicate this when placing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on actual weight and destination and will be borne by you.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight and shipping address and are automatically displayed at checkout.

Orders above a certain amount are eligible for free shipping. Please check our website announcements or contact customer service for the specific threshold.

Shipping rates vary by region. The final shipping cost displayed at checkout shall prevail.

5. Shipping for Customized and Pre-Order Products

Some products support customization (e.g., engraving, packaging customization). The processing time is typically 3 to 10 working days, and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.

Once a customized or pre-order product enters the production process, order cancellation is not supported.

6. Dropshipping Shipping Instructions

For dropshipping customers, we will use your provided shipping label information when shipping. No Sipwol branding or pricing information will appear.

No promotional flyers or invoices are placed inside the package, ensuring neutral (no-brand) shipping.

After shipment, we will send you the tracking number within 2 hours.

7. Packaging Method

All products are packed using reinforced cardboard boxes or bubble mailers to ensure shipping safety.

Fragile items are additionally protected with foam padding or shock-proof protection.

A "Fragile" label is affixed to the outer carton of each package (if applicable).

8. Order Tracking

After shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number. You can track the shipment on the courier's official website or through third-party logistics platforms.

If there is no tracking update for more than 5 working days, please contact us, and we will assist you in inquiring with the courier.

9. Delivery Signature Instructions

Please ask you or your customer to check whether the outer packaging is intact before signing for delivery.

If the packaging is damaged or appears to be crushed or deformed, please open the box and inspect the contents immediately.

Only sign for the delivery after confirming the goods are intact.

If the goods are found to be damaged, take photos as evidence, refuse to sign, and contact us immediately.

For appearance damage reported after signing, the matter will be handled according to our standard after-sales process, and you may be required to provide an unpacking video as proof.

10. Customs and Duties (international shipping only)

We are responsible for shipping the goods to the destination port specified by you. We do not handle customs clearance.

International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees, which are to be borne by the consignee (receiver).

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend that you consult your local customs office before placing an order.

If a package is returned or destroyed because the consignee refuses to pay customs duties, the resulting shipping costs and losses shall be borne by the consignee.

11. Shipping Delay Policy

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemic lockdowns, war, customs inspections, etc.) causing shipping or delivery delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising therefrom.

If we are unable to ship on time due to insufficient stock, we will notify you within 1 working day and provide a replacement or refund option.
