10. How long does it take to receive the product after shipment?
For international orders, delivery takes approximately 7-15 working days for major European and US countries, and 10-20 working days for other regions.

11. What should I pay attention to upon delivery?
To protect your rights, please check whether the outer packaging is intact before signing for delivery. If there is obvious damage, please take photos as evidence, refuse to sign, and contact us immediately for resolution.

Yes. For non-quality issues, you may request a return within 7 days after signing (the product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and not affecting second sales), and the shipping cost is borne by you. For quality issues, please contact us within 15 days after signing. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund and bear the corresponding shipping costs.

13. In which cases are returns/exchanges not accepted?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following: human damage, improper use, unauthorized disassembly or repair, or exceeding the specified return/exchange time limit.

Yes. We provide professional dropshipping services for sellers – no need for you to hold inventory. Parcels are packed in neutral packaging with no branding. The dropshipping service fee is very low. Please contact customer service for specific policies and price lists.

Yes. You can send your store cards or thank-you notes to us in advance, and we will place them into each dropshipping package free of charge, helping you enhance your brand image.
