Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
Warranty periods vary by product. Please refer to the product details page for the specific warranty period.
General electronic products have a warranty period of 6 to 12 months.
Accessories (such as data cables, chargers, protective cases, etc.) have a warranty period of 3 to 6 months.
The warranty period is calculated from the date you sign for the product.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the product under normal use conditions.
This includes: failure to power on, functional failure, and performance issues not caused by human factors.
3. Non-Warranty Scope
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Human damage (e.g., dropping, water ingress, crushing, scratching).
Improper use (failure to follow the instruction manual, use of mismatched power supplies or accessories).
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Normal wear and tear and consumables (e.g., batteries,外壳 (housings), screen protectors, etc.).
Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
Inability to provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
4. Warranty Process
Step 1: Contact us via customer service email or phone, explain the product failure, and provide the order number.
Step 2: Provide photos or videos of the product failure so that we can verify the issue.
Step 3: After confirmation that the issue falls under warranty coverage, we will provide a return address.
Step 4: You send the faulty product back to us. We will inspect it upon receipt.
Step 5: After confirming it is a quality issue, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
5. Shipping Cost Bearing
For quality issues within the warranty period: You bear the shipping cost to send the product back to us; we bear the shipping cost to send the repaired or replaced product back to you.
For non-quality issues or out-of-warranty situations: Round-trip shipping costs are borne by you.
6. Replacement and Repair
We will prioritize repair. If the product cannot be repaired, we will arrange a replacement.
Replacement products will be new or functionally sound units of the same model and specifications.
If that model has been discontinued, we will negotiate with you to replace it with another product of equivalent value.
7. International Order Warranty
International orders are also covered by the warranty, but the shipping cost for returning the product for repair is relatively high.
It is recommended that you contact customer service to confirm the best solution. In some cases, a partial refund or local handling may be arranged.
8. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products beyond the warranty period, we offer paid repair services.
Specific repair costs will be quoted separately based on the product model and the nature of the failure.
After a paid repair, a 30-day warranty is provided for the same fault.
