Shipping & Delivery

1. Return and Exchange Time Limits

Returns/exchanges for non-quality issues: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of signing.

Returns/exchanges for quality issues: Requests must be made within 15 days from the date of signing.

Return or exchange requests submitted beyond the above time limits will not be accepted.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

For non-quality returns/exchanges: The following conditions must be met: the product packaging is intact, the product is unused and unopened; all accessories, gifts, and instruction manuals are complete; the product is in a condition that does not affect second sales.

For quality-related returns/exchanges: Please provide photos or videos of the product failure so that we can quickly verify and process your request.

3. Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

Human damage, improper use, unauthorized disassembly or repair.

The product has been opened and used but does not affect second sales (non-quality issues).

The return/exchange time limit has been exceeded.

Personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with color, size, or style) without any product quality issue.

4. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact us via customer service email or phone, explain the reason for the return/exchange, and provide the order number.

Step 2: After our review, we will provide you with the return address and relevant instructions.

Step 3: You send the product back and keep the shipping receipt as proof.

Step 4: After we receive and inspect the product, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

5. Shipping Cost Bearing

Returns/exchanges for quality issues: Shipping costs are borne by us (based on standard shipping rates; any excess beyond the standard rate will be borne by the customer).

Returns/exchanges for non-quality issues: Shipping costs are borne by you.

If we send the wrong product due to our error: Shipping costs are borne by us.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and confirm the returned product.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Partial refunds: If discount coupons or promotional offers (e.g., spend X get Y off) were used, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual proportion paid.

7. Special Instructions for International Orders

Return shipping costs for international orders are relatively high. It is recommended that you contact customer service first to confirm the best solution before proceeding with a return or exchange.

If a package is returned due to customer rejection or an incorrect address, the resulting shipping costs and customs duties/taxes shall be borne by the customer.

Customs duties/taxes and customs clearance fees for international orders are not refundable.

Wholesale Policy

1. Wholesale Tiers

Trial Tier: 10 to 20 units per order – trial wholesale price.

Standard Tier: 21 to 100 units per order – standard wholesale price, mixed items allowed.

Distributor Tier: 101+ units per order – distributor wholesale price, customizable packaging and branding.

Strategic Partnership: 300+ units per month on average – price negotiable, with priority supply and exclusive services.

2. Dropshipping Service

We offer a dropshipping service – 1 unit is enough to ship, with no need to hold inventory.

Dropshipping prices are 5% to 10% higher than the regular wholesale price, depending on the product.

Neutral (no-brand) shipping supported: we use your designated shipping label, and no Sipwol branding or promotional materials are placed inside the package.

Orders submitted before 4:00 PM daily will be shipped on the same day; orders submitted after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping costs for dropshipping orders are calculated based on actual weight and destination, with no markup.

3. Customization Services

Bulk orders support customization, including: product logo printing, packaging box design, instruction manual language versions, etc.

Customization processing time is typically 5 to 15 working days, to be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.

Once a custom order enters the production process, cancellation or refund is not supported.

For wholesale pricing on specific products, please contact a sales representative for a quotation.

Payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, etc.

First-time cooperation customers are required to pay a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Long-term cooperation customers may negotiate monthly or quarterly settlement.

5. Shipping and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated based on actual weight and destination.

For international orders, please consult a sales representative for the free shipping threshold.

6. After-Sales Service

Wholesale products enjoy the same warranty policy as retail products. Please refer to the product details page for specific warranty terms.

For bulk quality issues, we offer return, exchange, or replacement solutions.

For any product defective upon arrival (DOA), once confirmed by customer-provided photos, we will ship a replacement unit first.

7. Cooperation Process

Step 1: Contact a sales representative to confirm the wholesale tier and pricing.

Step 2: Sign a cooperation agreement, providing your store name and customization requirements (if any).

Step 3: We provide a product information package (images, videos, FAQs).

Step 4: You place the order and complete payment.

Step 5: We arrange stock allocation, production (if applicable), and shipping.

Drop Shipping

1. What is Dropshipping

Dropshipping means that you provide us with the order information, and we package and ship the product directly to your customer. No Sipwol branding or information appears inside the package, so your customer believes the product was sent by you.

2. Cooperation Conditions

At present, our product categories are still being gradually improved, and our dropshipping business has just started. We do not set any cooperation barriers. Whether you are a seller who has just opened a store or an established store with a certain scale, you are welcome to apply for cooperation. No prepayment is required, and no need to hold inventory.

3. Dropshipping Process

Step 1: You send us the order information (product name, quantity, customer name, address, phone number) via email.

Step 2: After we confirm the inventory and price, we will send you an order confirmation.

Step 3: You complete the payment.

Step 4: We package and ship the order, and send the tracking number back to you.

Step 5: You enter the tracking number into your store backend and notify your customer that the order has been shipped.

4. Pricing Policy

Dropshipping price = product wholesale price + dropshipping service fee.

The dropshipping service fee is USD 1 per order, or 5% of the total order amount, whichever is lower.

Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight and destination, with no markup.

For specific product wholesale prices, please contact a sales representative.

5. Shipping Time

Dropshipping orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM daily will be shipped on the same day.

Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.

6. Packaging Method

We use neutral outer cartons or bubble mailers, with no Sipwol logo or any brand标识 (branding).

No promotional flyers, price tags, or invoices are placed inside the package.

If you would like to include your store card or thank-you note inside the package, please send them to us in advance, and we will place them into the package free of charge.

7. Shipping Methods

International orders are sent via YunExpress or Yanwen by default, with delivery to major European and US countries in 7-15 days.

If you require a specific courier, please indicate this when placing the order. Any additional shipping cost difference will be borne by you.

8. After-Sales Handling

Product quality issues: We are responsible for handling them, including returns, exchanges, and shipping costs.

Logistics issues: We will assist you in inquiring with the courier company, but we are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays.

Customer returned goods: If a return is initiated due to customer reasons, the return address can be our warehouse, but you will be responsible for handling it yourself.

9. Products Not Eligible for Dropshipping

Currently, all products in our store support dropshipping. If any product becomes ineligible for dropshipping due to special reasons in the future, we will inform you in advance.
